1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using Job Application Tracker, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 16 years old, capable of entering this agreement, and provide accurate account information.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for protecting your password, maintaining access to your email address, and keeping your name current. Do not share an account, attempt to access another person's workspace, or bypass security and usage controls. Notify the operator promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Account tiers
Tier 1 accounts may store up to 10 applications at a time. Deleting an application releases capacity. Tier 2 accounts have no application-count limit under the current service design. An administrator controls upgrades and may change tier availability or limits with reasonable notice. Downgrading does not automatically delete existing applications, but new applications may be blocked until usage is below the active limit.
4. Your content
You retain responsibility for information you enter or import. You grant the service the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, and display that content to you. Submit only information you are authorised to use, and avoid unnecessary sensitive information about other people.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service unlawfully; upload malicious code; scrape, probe, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service; evade rate limits; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; send spam; or attempt unauthorised access. Automated use is permitted only through features explicitly provided by the service.
6. Extraction and job information
Imported and extracted details are editable conveniences and may be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing information before saving, relying on, or submitting it. The service does not apply for jobs on your behalf and does not provide employment, legal, financial, migration, or professional advice.
7. Availability and changes
The service may change, pause, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, cost, legal, or operational reasons. Reasonable efforts are made to keep it available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features described as unlimited remain subject to reasonable technical and abuse-prevention controls.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. An authorised administrator may permanently delete an account and its private tracker records to complete an account-closure request or when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risk, legal requirements, prolonged inactivity, or material breach of these Terms. Where practical, notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue will be provided.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties about job outcomes, data accuracy, or continuous availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent liability can be limited, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
10. Governing law and contact
